Our service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $997 per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee on a recurring basis
• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Update your payment information as necessary

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide raw video footage as requested (approximately 30 minutes per week)
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about your brand, market, and preferences
• Grant necessary permissions for posting content on your behalf
• Ensure compliance with real estate advertising regulations in your area

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all raw footage you provide. Upon delivery, you own full rights to all edited content created by Be More Known for your use. We may use anonymized versions of content for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to produce high-quality content that helps grow your audience and generate leads, we cannot guarantee specific results. Success depends on various factors including market conditions, your engagement level, and consistency. Any testimonials or case studies presented are hypothetical examples for illustrative purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Be More Known shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
